Las Vegas is an amazing place to work and live. We see many companies that have a fleet of printers because they are doing well and have a large team. They need to keep busy and productive. 

We believe in managing printers for busy, growing companies, so costs and maintenance are not left to chance. 

When you leave printers, copiers and MFP maintenance and supplies fulfillment to chance, you end up paying a lot more and having people down when they should not be. For example, you would not purchase a toner until you run out of a toner if you are managing print based solely on chance. What this would normally result in, is managers insisting on a couple of toners on the shelf to ensure the team doesn't go down again without a printer. 

Now, if they get these toner cartridges a few months before the printer gets replaced, it is likely whatever they spent on those toners will wind up being lost.

Managed print is all about consistency and reliability. We have software that tells us when you are running low on toners. Now, if we know you plan on replacing a printer next month, but toner is running out this month, we would then have the chance to ask, "Would you prefer we order the new printer now, since you need toner anyway, and this is the best time to make that change, or do you prefer we get another toner and do the replacement when that toner runs out?"

Our goal with print management is to make sure your team is not surprised by printers. You should not replace 50 printers and then realize you have 150 toner cartridges on the shelf that cannot be used or returned.
