The Assessment

We look at a snapshot of where you are today and have a conversation about our findings, so you can see what we are seeing, the potential cost of how it is being done today, and if you want that changed. 

Sometimes, there are bigger reasons than printing costs to pay a bit more to keep the company running better. We have seen that, for example, on invoices that need to be sent out. 

The CEO was more concerned with the branding of the company than the extra cost of having the logo in color. They were sending out 1,000 invoices a month, and the invoices could have been in black and white rather than color, but the CEO thought it was worth the extra $60 per month ($720 per year - $3,600 over five years) to keep them in color.

A small decision like this can have a big total price tag, but there can also be reasons not to change it. Print management is about helping you know the cost of these decisions and allowing you to have the choice of what you think should be the policy based on the costs.
