When we do managed print, there are certain things we look for to help your business.

• Size of Print Fleet - Generally, the bigger the fleet of printers, the more meaningful the impact we can make supporting that fleet.
• Age of Fleet - An older fleet needs more maintenance and will need to be replaced sooner than a new fleet. Your team needs to know when to expect this, so it can be budgeted for.
• Quality of Fleet - How often is your average printer or MFP needing repairs? If it is once every three years, then your fleet is doing amazing with service. If it is once every three weeks, that isn't so good. Knowing the frequency of issues helps us to know how good or bad the fleet is holding up to your team's usage of the devices.
